John J. Grillo – Founding Partner
John J. Grillo started his career in the automobile business, in a very busy Toyota store in 1991. John worked on the sales floor with 40 other sales people. This was new to John and you had to learn quickly. He quickly became a top producer and won salesmen of the month, 12 months in a row. John was quickly recognized by management, and promoted to Finance Manager.
John became top producer and was given the director’s position. John was now in charge of 6 other Finance Managers, and quickly brought his department to one of the top performing finance departments in the group (24 dealerships in total). John went on to move up the ladder, becoming a top producing GSM in the dealer group (DCH Auto Group)
One of John’s highest accomplishments was winning the JD Power Certified Award, for the (DCH Auto Group) . He went on to break records at another dealer group, Sansone Auto Mall, as a top producing GM, and implemented processes that are still currently being used at the Auto Mall today. John went on to hold multiple high level positions throughout the industry over the year’s, breaking records consistently. In 2005, John co-founded Pure Auto Price. John is also the co-founder of Blue Bonnet Technology, which is currently one of the fastest growing and powerful dealer tools, in the automobile industry today.
